Dummy Books here are high quality faux book panels to simulate book shelves containing antiquarian books that gives the look and feel of an old English library. How to use Dummy Books

Firstly pick your project, the following will guide you through the steps used to fill a shelf of a bookcase:

1. Carefully measure the space your want to fill.

In our example each shelf measures 860mm wide (taking the measurement from the inside) and 400mm tall.

2. Go to the Catalogues pages and select the books which will fit into this space.

Highest Book Panel = 385mm

3. Before fixing the books to the shelves try placing them in various orders until you find the one most pleasing to the eye

4. If the shelf is too deep you may want to pad it or secure batons so that the books will rest towards the front of the shelf.

5. Glue the panels into place using Gripfill glue.
